Terms & booking
A plain-language summary of how a booking with Alisa Meledy works. This is a guide, not the formal contract - a full agreement is provided with your booking.
Booking & payment
- A 50% retainer confirms your date - the date is only held once it is received.
- The remaining 50% is due at the start of your session.
- The retainer is non-refundable.
- Payments accepted by [bank transfer / card - to confirm]. Prices quoted in [USD - to confirm].
Your photos
- You receive a private online gallery of [X] preview images to choose from, within [N] days of your session.
- From your selection, [Y] images are fully retouched and delivered in high resolution within [N] weeks.
- Additional retouched images are available at [rate].
Rescheduling & weather
- Need to move your date? One reschedule is possible with at least [X days] notice.
- For outdoor sessions, if the weather does not cooperate we reschedule at no extra cost.
Copyright & using your images
- Alisa retains the copyright to all images.
- You receive a personal-use licence - print, share, and post them on your personal social media.
- Using images to promote a business or brand (common for personal-branding clients) needs a separate commercial licence - just ask.
- Alisa may feature images from your session in her portfolio and marketing. Prefer to keep yours private? Just say so.
- Private and boudoir sessions are kept private by default and never shown without your written permission.
Your privacy
- Details you share when enquiring are used only to plan and deliver your session.
Agreeing to these terms
- Paying your retainer (or submitting the booking form) confirms you have read and agree to these terms.
