Bachelorette weekends, beautifully remembered.

Bachelorette weekends and pre-wedding getaways - beach days, yacht afternoons, dinners with the closest friends. Editorial photography that captures the togetherness of the trip and the bride at the centre of it.

A bachelorette weekend on the Riviera Maya is a trip worth photographing properly. The bride and her closest friends, somewhere beautiful, celebrating the last chapter before the wedding - it is exactly the kind of togetherness that fades from memory faster than anyone expects, and a small, editorial session keeps it. My approach is the same as my other friends work: documentary first, a few guided portraits second, never stiff, with the bride featured at the centre of the gallery.

How a bachelorette session works. We pick the standout moment of the weekend rather than chasing the whole trip - usually a catamaran afternoon, a beach-club day, or a sunset dinner. I shoot the group as it really is: the toasts, the dancing, the bride surrounded by her people. Then I build a set of frames around her - with each friend, with the whole party, and a few solo portraits she can keep. Keeping the coverage to a focused hour or two means the session feels editorial and the rest of the weekend stays yours.

Yacht and beach-club days. Yacht and catamaran afternoons are a favourite bachelorette format, and the Riviera Maya is built for them - the sail out, the swim stops, the sandbar near Isla Mujeres, the golden-hour light on the water. See yacht days for how that coverage runs. Beach clubs in Playa del Carmen and Tulum photograph beautifully too, especially as the afternoon softens.

Where bachelorette weekends happen. The beach, a catamaran on the open water, a villa terrace, a beach club at golden hour - wherever the weekend takes you across the Riviera Maya. I also travel for pre-wedding getaways further afield through worldwide sessions.

What you receive. A private gallery the whole group can view and download in full resolution within days, then the edited high-resolution collection within two to three weeks - a complete keepsake of the weekend and a lovely gift for the bride. If the celebration is part of a wider group trip, see friends sessions; for the wedding itself, see weddings; and for a quiet, cinematic bridal portrait session before the day, bridal boudoir.

If you are planning a bachelorette weekend in the Riviera Maya, tell me the dates, the group and the one afternoon that matters most - and I will keep the trip exactly as it felt.

Frequently asked

Frequently asked

What part of the weekend should we shoot?

The standout moment - usually a catamaran afternoon, a beach-club day, or the sunset dinner. We pick the one or two hours that matter most rather than trying to follow the whole weekend, so the coverage feels editorial and the rest of the trip stays private.

Can you feature the bride specifically?

Yes - the bride is the centre of the gallery. I shoot the group together and then a set of frames built around her: with each friend, with the whole party, and a few solo portraits she can keep from the weekend.

Yacht day or beach club?

Either works beautifully. Yacht and catamaran afternoons are a favourite - see [yacht days](/yacht-days) for how that runs. Beach clubs in Playa and Tulum photograph well too, especially at golden hour.

How do we share the photos?

Everyone gets the same private gallery link to view and download in full resolution, which makes splitting the cost easy and gives the bride a complete keepsake of the weekend.

Two artistic languages

Timeless · Cinematic

Two distinct visual languages - choose the one that feels like the memory you want to keep.

Timeless visual language - clean, editorial photograph

Timeless

Elegant. Clean. Naturally lit. Lightly editorial. Polished storytelling with classic emotional imagery - the photographs you’ll print and frame.

Cinematic visual language - film-inspired, atmospheric photograph

Cinematic

Film-inspired. Immersive. Grain, movement, dramatic light. Imperfect moments and atmospheric framing - memories that feel like a film.
